PARKGENE is an easy and safe way to find parking lots, connect drivers, individuals, and businesses. PARKGENE PTE LTD (Singapore) is a spin-off from PARKGURU LTD (UK), the most advanced omni-channel Parking Order provider in the world today. We were established to disrupt the traditional parking industry, sized $ 100 Billion annually by utilizing PARKGENE's one-by-one technology blockchain technology. We strive to provide a seamless parking experience, while at the same time, helping the city become smarter and environmentally friendly. Ways of working

As soon as the driver booked the parking lot, the reservation triggered a smart PARKGENE contract on the Public Blockchain Etereum.
The PARKGENE application transfers the full amount of parking fees, in GENES, from the driver's wallet, to the storage (temporary wallet). If the driver does not have enough GENE, he can use his credit card or other payment tool (bitcoins, ether) to buy GENE in real-time and pay for transactions.
Successful bookings and payments offer drivers and parking owners additional features needed to complete the parking session: For example, the driver will have the ability to open the garage door using his cell phone while the parking owner is notified and can monitor incoming vehicles and departures. This optional function is possible by using a remote access tool, currently available on the market, integrated on the PARKGENE platform, or via a low-cost PARKGENE device.
At the end of a successful transaction, the parties concluded a smart contract on Ethereum, with admission and confirmation of the blockchain. The owner of the parking lot receives 75% of smart contracts in the GENE tokens, from storage to their wallets, when the driver checks out of the parking lot. The remaining 25% is distributed as follows:
5% of the total amount is paid to the owners of parking lots and parking lots because they take some action that increases the ecosystem (eg Rating, reviews).
20% of the total amount is paid to PARKGENE to cover operational, development, cloud services and advertising costs.
At any time, platform users can buy or sell GENE tokens for FIAT currency (USD, EUR, JPY, CNY, etc.) or other power crypts (BTC, ETH, etc.) Using multiple exchange cryptocurrency services that trade GENE tokens. Token sale / Sales tokens
To run the PARKGENE vision, we launched a Token Sale to publish a GENE token in a public Ethereum blockchain. Tokens called GENE Tokens will be offered during closed Token Sale PRA-ICO and ICO public / open sales.
On December 15, 2017, PARKGENE will launch a PRA-ICO Closed Token sale to distribute up to 2% of token supplies (the final limit for closed Token Sale PRA-ICO is 20 million Token Genes).
